Moving to Arbor
From December, all school shop purchases, including second-hand uniform, will now be made directly through the Arbor. This means we will no longer be using Microsoft Forms to place orders.
This change will make the process much simpler and quicker for parents and carers. Currently, families complete a form, wait for the finance team to set up a payment link, make the payment, and then receive the item.
The new process allows you to:
- Order and pay immediately through your Arbor account.
- Collect your item within 24–48 hours once your order is confirmed. Collections are from Student Reception.
Please note that for some items (such as ID cards and ties), this service is for replacements only, not for purchasing spares. The school does not hold surplus stock for these products.
To ensure that this system remains efficient and fair for everyone, any misuse or repeated unnecessary ordering may result in access to certain options being restricted. This measure helps us to maintain stock levels and ensure availability for those who genuinely need replacements.
