Hire our Facilities

Prince William School in Oundle is proud to offer a wide range of facilities for community hire, supporting sport, recreation, learning, performance and events.

Our site includes multi-purpose classrooms, fully equipped dance and drama studios, and our hall spaces — including Gloucester Hall with bleacher seating, projector, screen, and integrated lighting and sound systems. We also offer access to our Sport England–compliant sports hall, complete with dedicated changing rooms and equipment for activities such as badminton, cricket, volleyball, basketball, netball, and five-a-side football. All sports equipment is included in the hire cost.

Many of our spaces also lend themselves to community meetings, rehearsals, workshops, and events. Tables, chairs, Wi-Fi access, and PA systems can be provided on request, and the site benefits from on-site parking for up to 148 vehicles.

Terms and Conditions

Facilities are available for hire on weekdays between 5:00pm and 9:30pm and at weekends.

Hire charges start from £70 per hour, with discounts available for community groups and social value activities.

Please note that bookings are unavailable on bank holidays, during the two-week Christmas break, and throughout exam periods.
